Different order numbers

Hey everyone,

My dealer just shared my order preview with me, is there anything I should confirm on there to make sure it's being treated as a rollover and not a new order?

I thought I saw somewhere that the order codes should remain the same? But I could be getting that confused with order numbers...

Order numbers need to be the same. Order numbers are called "order code" on the WBDO preview sheet (for some reason). Your name should match as well (but that is obvious).
And your 23 order needs to be left in the system.
At some point Ford will move 24s w/ order numbers matching unscheduled 23s to priority 02.

In order for you to get priority build and a private offer from Ford,

• Your name/contact info should be the same on both orders
• Your Order Code should be the same on both orders.
• Your dealer should not delete your '23 order from the system.

Well now I'm worried, this was my dealers reply.

"one is the 2023 order # 123A and the 2024 is a new order # 456B to confirm we will do the conversion with Ford"

Your dealer f'd up. You will not get the Ford private offers because the order system will not know your '24 order is a rollover. See if the dealer will edit the order to change the order# to your original one.

Tim Bartz said the dealer can change that new order code to the 2023 code in the system. Make sure they get it done. Talk with the Sales or General Manager to get it done. If they say it doesn't matter call Ford Marketing and complain.

Yep, I don’t remember my Vin but my order # has been 505 since I started the journey November’21
