Diamond plate tri-fold bed cover installed

I just installed the Lomax Diamond Plate tri-fold bed cover on my 4 day old Maverick! I like the way it opens and closes and I like the way it looks. The reasons I chose this cover were: it will reflect the sun instead of absorbing the heat, it is all metal and is a tri-fold design. It arrived very quickly and they are having a "no shipping charge" deal with a sale right now!
In addition, I did a ceramic wax prep and application on the truck yesterday.

Installation is fairly easy because you just mount a rail on each side and place the fully pre-assembled cover on it to snap it into place.

The cover can be opened pretty easily but an 11 year old may not be tall enough to reach it properly. This depends on the height of your daughter.

Looks really nice. How secure does it feel with the tailgate locked? Just thinking about how much I would trust it if out and about with tools, etc.

Well, it is all metal but anything can be damaged enough to gain access. It closes tight and can't be opened normally with the tailgate closed (and locked).
