Delivery ETA off?

Anyone had delivery way earlier than their Ford ETA? My ETA is Nov 20th. My truck is going from Mexico to Chicago, where it’ll come by truck to SE Iowa. It left Mexico Monday and it already left Kansas today. It is moving into and leaving yards within hours, feel like with it going to be in Chicago in a few days. I will get it close to 3 weeks before Ford ETA if everything goes the way it’s going already.

Really? I’ve been tracking my dealers deliveries on United Road and they only sit in Chicago for about 3-5 days before heading to dealer.

Ford ETA from Mexico to Oregon via convoy for mine, 70+ days.

I’m wondering the same for mine since ford is still giving me an eta for delivery of November 24th, but the information that I’m getting from tracking the rail car that my maverick is on is saying otherwise and if it stays on the timeline the railroad is on and they’re able to get a truck to pick it up my maverick might just be here by sometime next week…. Of course when I talked with Ford customer service today upon getting my rail car number, the rep curiously made it a point to say that my delivery eta is subject to change….

My Maverick has been unloaded from the train in Kansas City waiting for a truck since the 15th. My ETA is also late November. I am hoping that they are over estimating and it arrives soon.

My Maverick just went into production status, build date scheduled for Nov 1… FORD has no ETA for delivery and my Window Sticker says CONVOY… does that mean they will truck it to New Jersey?

Yes, it will not go on train at all.

EDIT: Not 100% sure on above but I believe atleast most of the way will be by convoy.

Thanks. Hopefully it will be faster as the trucks go directly from point A to point B even if there are no RR tracks.

How do you track at unitedd road? I did get a load nuber but that's it. My truck took 2 weeks to get to Newark NJ from Mexico. Arrived Oct 24th called the dealer. He is sticking by Nov 4th to 10th. Truck is 50 miles away.

I guess when my build is done I could take a Bus to Hermosillo & pick it up ( since I live in Mesa, AZ I could get there in about 12 hrs.), and thereby save Ford the cost of shipping it to Chicago. And maybe save me 7 week of waiting. Oh I forgot my passport has expired. Not to worry, I will have lots of time to get a new one .

When you put your vin into United Road’s delivery tracker thing, it’ll give you a load number and some other things, then you click register and put your email in, shoots you a link to set up an account.
