After being “in production” for 3 weeks I received an email about it almost being built but supply chain issues are slowing it up. Will this ever end!

Ignore it. Lots of people have gotten that email.
It's an automated email that keeps getting sent until you take delivery and your VIN is eventually removed from the "delayed" email database.
