2025 Alexa and video apps (while in park)

I’m having trouble with keeping Alexa working. I had it connected, worked for a week. Then quit. I disconnected phone, reconnected phone, did factory reset of infotainment, but now keep getting message that network connection issue.
Also I did have YouTube working and was trying to get Netflix and prime video. Now YouTube is gone and I can’t get any of them to appear. (This is all in park, regular feature, not an add on box). Anyone have any experience with either issue?

I haven't messed with those. I figure AA will have an update that will address it. Streaming Sirius XM or Pandora is good enough for me.

Got Alexa working again with total reset, but now my one year trial of connectivity disappeared. So now Alexa isn’t all that useful.

I want an alexactomy for mine . . . connecting to amazon is enough reason to disable connectivity!
