FYI, I just got off the phone with Maverick customer service expert at 800-392-3673. He was adamant that I will not get a VIN for my 2022 Lariat Hybrid order because I did not remove CoPilot 360. I had not previously heard it stated that firmly.

Maybe, maybe not. Unless Ford circulated an internal memo that they would not schedule anything with CoPilot 360, I doubt it is such an absolute answer. Likely? Sure. Absolute? Doubt it since there is still a month left of scheduling weeks.

When did you order? It is just as likely to be the Hybrid or late order date aspect that will keep you from being scheduled.

I'm sure I'm in the same boat - but there was no way I was going to skip the Lux package and Ford required CP360 in combination.

This is false, as @fordvideoguy noted in his video last night that they had 8 hybrids schedule yesterday, and 7 of them had CP-360.

Yesterday's Chat dive into (probably a bot) with Ford Chat revealed no change since the last change (?!) from 6-28 of a Scheduled Build of 8-1. Ford Chat was used 'cuz the Tracker option remains fubar, an acronym with a soft translation of 'worthless'.

Fully loaded Hybrid Lariat Lux confirmed 9-20-2021 (with a ROVP to match!), with a definitive "nope, not changing or deleting anything" relayed to my Dealer and Salesman each time these actions were recommended by The Blue Oval brain trust.

It's these instances of cross wired communication emanating from within Customer Service that are maddening, because their messaging could/should be tightly controlled. Yeah, yeah, I know, delusional...
