Default Audio Source - Turn off Radio

Hi Guys,

Does anybody know of a way to turn off the radio OR make it never choose the radio unless I choose it? I'm thinking it might be a FORscan issue but not sure.

My goal is to never have the audio default to radio if there is no other (cell phone) audio connection. In other words I'd prefer silence over static or a radio station when there is no cell phone connection.

Currently, if a different phone connects other than mine (eg my wife's phone), then the next time I get into the truck it will connect my phone but automatically choose the FM source. I want to find a way to make this not happen.

My USB doesn't get read immediately and often it reverted to XM radio, which was an annoyance. I just got in the habit of turning the head unit off with the power button before shutting down. When I get back in, by the time I'm strapped in with nav running, I'm ready to go and hit the power on button once I start rolling. Works for me!

This happens to me all the time too. Hoping there is a fix. Wish I could just delete XM…
