Dealer responsiveness or lack thereof

I ordered back in June, have heard exactly nothing from the dealer even in response to my texts and emails, is it possible to move an order to a new dealer, I don't want to cancel and start over

Did they require a down payment? Did you get an order confirmation email? Did they give you any paperwork showing priority number maybe?

I doubt you can 'transfer' an order between dealerships, but you could also proactively go ahead and find a decent dealer and put down a new order; make sure if they require a down payment it's refundable.

I don't think you can transfer an order to a different dealer. Why not make an appointment with the manager of the dealership and express your concerns?

I did put a small amount down, and got an order conf. from Ford, I think I will call and work with a manager next week as suggested in another response here. I hate doing that, as I have worked in sales/CS for years, but you can only give that first line so many chances :)

Agree, it has been over 90 days since my FORD order confirmation. At least, tell me the 5 W's

My dealer was great when I ordered and is basically MIA at this point. Pretty frustrating, and I have no problem buying off the lot from someone else (which I'm looking to do).
