Dealer Oops 😪

So the dealership contacted me reporting they don’t have my signed build or DL on file.
It’s almost like they lost the order or something.
I signed the paper, send photo of DL, and received an email from Ford back in mid July.
Because I received the email, maybe that means Ford received the order back then?

What do you all think?

I would the think the Ford email makes it official. Maybe reach out to Ford Corp cust Svc directly

The dealer claims they lost the order sheet. They said that I did not lose my spot, but that it looks like Ford might be pulling the order for production and dealer could not find the sheet. Hopefully this didn't delay the order being pulled.
I had a copy of it, so sent it to them.

I sounds like they only lost your signed order, surprising but I guess anything can happen. As long as your order was entered into the Ford WBDO system your order is fine. My dealer gave me a copy from the WBDO after I asked for it. WBDO is Fords computer ordering system....stands for web based dealership ordering, I believe.
