Does anybody know what these two gauges on the left are showing?
They are different from each other.

Looks like you are comparing 2.0 and 2.5 gauges as well as US and Canada.

Nice find, never seen that. One is a horsepower gauge that goes up to about 240hp where it says "18", more than a hybrid can produce, the other is a more intuitive gauge showing when you're in regen vs max throttle.

2.0 should have regular tach though, not a power gauge.

Edit: Ah, here's the full thing, yup US and Canada get different gauges. Too bad, I like the Canada style personally.

They measure horsepower in kilowatts?

I don't know why, the only thing that is important with a unit of measure is that people are familiar with it. I'd wager 99% of people have a better idea of what a horsepower is than a kilowatt.

Are people saying the ecoboost gage shows kilowatts? No idea where this came from or what evidence people have for it. I am 99% sure the EB is just a regular tach.

Both are HYBRID pictures, just different pre production versions or US/Canada as someone mentioned.

Its not US v. Canada or Hybrid v. EcoBoost.
Its Hybrid XL/XLT vs Hybrid Lariat.

This is a snippet from the US XLT model in the B&P Tool:

Nope, Lariats have bigger screens. OP's screens and the ones I posted are the small LCDs, and thus not Lariat. Its US vs Canada XL/XLT. Look at the units on the right, one is KM the other Miles.

The smaller screen on the Lariat styled one on the first post may be a pre-production model or Canada specific given the km/h, but I am guessing its a pre-production CA model instrument cluster there. However, the difference in gauge styling is very much XL/XLT v. Lariat in both regions. That is not only reflected in the B&P tool, but also in some of the media content from Ford, and is even noted as something unique to the Lariat Trim.

I'm not saying yours isn't XLT vs Lariat, I was just saying OP's is clearly not a Lariat model since the screen is small.

Here we also see a Canada XLT hybrid with the different 0-100% power gauge:

Ahh. That is odd then since it doesn't match Ford's own media shots, B&P imagery, or comments. Once Canadians start getting them, I want to see if they will follow up and comment if they actually got that styling with the small screen. If so, Ford needs to fix a lot of things :)
