Did you look at the "owner letter" sent about any of those? That will give you the basic info.

These FSAs are all "N" extended coverage programs. They basically extend the warranty on a certain part, for a certain failure. If you have that condition w/in the time period of the extended coverage, Ford will pay for the repair.

23N06 (long block replacement)

The owner letter says this:
Although your vehicle’s engine is likely functioning fine, we are pleased to
let you know that, for your peace of mind, Ford Motor Company is providing
a one-time replacement (if needed) free of charge (parts and labor) of the
engine long block assembly for 10 years or 150,000 miles from the warranty

start date of the vehicle, whichever occurs first.
Your dealer will inspect your vehicle for diagnostic trouble codes P1061
and/or P032F and/or a knocking noise from the engine. If these conditions
are present and engine long block assembly replacement is indicated, and
your vehicle is within the specified time/mileage limitations, Ford Motor
Company has authorized your dealer to replace the engine long block
assembly free of charge (parts and labor). This is a one-time repair

program.

The info provided to dealers is:
In some of the affected vehicles, after safety recall 23S27 has been performed, the Malfunction
Indicator Light (MIL) may illuminate and store Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) P1061 and/or P032F. This could be due to a faulty connecting rod bearing that was detected by the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).

The first step in the technician instructions ask if P1061 and/or P032F are present. They do need to be present in order to be eligible for the program to apply.

In this case, the owner letter is a little misleading..... if you have knocking noise in engine, but that noise is not due to the failure associated with P1061 or P032F, then the condition is not covered.

24N04 (exhaust gas heat recovery)

Under the terms of the program, a one-time replacement of the EGHR actuator
assembly, if necessary, will be available for a total of 15 years or 150,000
miles from the warranty start date, whichever occurs first, free of charge
(parts and labor). If your vehicle has already exceeded either the time or
mileage limits, then this repair offer will be available through Match 31,

2026.

In order for this coverage to apply, the vehicle needs to have :Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs): P2C22, P2C23, P237C, P237D, P237E, and/or P237F.

24N08 (seat buckle)
Your vehicle’s driver side seat buckle may require replacement due to a
broken buckle sensor wire. In the event this condition occurs, your vehicle
may illuminate the Airbag Warning Light with diagnostic trouble code (DTC)
B0050:13 (Driver Seat Belt Sensor: Circuit Open) stored in the restraint
control module (RCM) memory. You will also receive a seat belt monitor
fault message and the driver seat belt status will indicate a “question mark”
in your vehicle’s instrument cluster. You will still be able to buckle your seat
belt, and seatbelt pretensioner and airbag function will not be affected.

This one-time repair of the driver’s side seat buckle is available for a total of 15 years or 250,000 miles from the warranty start date, whichever occurs first.

So you can see, these extended coverages are for very specific failures. You can't just go and request the repair to be done.

Yea, mine arrived in the mail today. I threw the letter in the glove box for future reference if ever needed.
