Custom 3D printed front lip for 25+ Lariat/XLT!

From model to reality on my first 3D scan, my fully 3D printed custom front lip!
I made my first prototype in July before any others were on the market for the 25+ model years, but I still don’t like the Air-Design lip that did come out. I was finally able to make a usable one and have it professionally painted. Gloss black was a compromise because there was no way I cold match the bumper plastic color with a matte clear, but it’s not bad and at least matches the mirror caps/headlight insides and hides any leftover imperfections.

FAQ: I customized the headlights myself,
I also made the fog DRL strips and also genuine fog light mounts

That’s cool. I like that. Now use your awesome skills and make a roof spoiler that comes straight off the back (unlike the air designs one that sticks up). Kind of like this one, but without the hideous gap where the third brake light is! Also, are you going to be sharing these print files with us? And what type of material did you use? I just got a 3d printer (for the kids) for Christmas they’d love to make cool truck parts for me. Lol

And , I'm not an expert with 3D printing , but doesn't that require a " huge " printer ?

Need to know what printer you are using. Looks great. If you can't make then maybe you can get someone to Manufacture them for you or sell the files.

Looks awesome! I had a similar one on my former car and hit too many tire stops, so I’m not a good candidate (unless you can print in cast iron!), but that looks great!

But yes , it does looks good ....

it’s no lower than the undershield, but I also lowered my truck already anyway.
I printed it in 10 pieces plastic welded together.
