Yeah I thought it was a little pricey, but I will buy one if I ever get my Maverick.

Given that these are probably made on someone's 3d printer, the price doesn't seem expensive to me. If they were manufactured en mass in China, that'd be another story. I've been thinking about making something like this with a flat surface to mount a phone holder that uses 3m tape. I'm currently using this phone holder and sticking it to the top bevel opening of the cubby:

Got mine and installed it yesterday. Perfect fit.

Just a heads up that the iOttie holder I bought (Easy One Touch 5) is not compatible with this. The vent clip itself is too large for the squares.
