    Should I take to the dealer or contact Ford? I have had a screen protector on it since purchase, so I don't think it's the screen protector but the screen itself.

    My take on adding USB and cigarette lighter socket to the bed cubby. Only issue is when installing into bed - Leave ports loose and put the cubby into the bed, tilt the cubby forward and hold ports and then tighten on the back.

    I ordered 8/26. Few add-ons: soft tonneau cover, hitch receiver, and full size spare. I could have been mistaken and they wanted to get them all scheduled by end of February.
