Gọt this message in my ford pass today. Service advisor said it only applies to extended warranty. Is this true?

It's my understanding that Ford Customer Satisfaction Program 23N06 extends the long block warranty to 10 years or 100K but only for rod bearing failure that's confirmed by MIL Code P032F (low torque) and/or P1061 (massive knocking detected). I believe these MIL codes were added in software recall 23S27, as they're undefined in the original release of the factory service manual. I just received a letter from Ford on this CSP via snail mail. Hoping to NOT have this claim.

Got another CSP letter a few days ago about this.

It now says 10 year 150,000 mile coverage
