Cross bar/hard fold combo?

Anyone have a hard fold top and run cross bars? Wondering how/if this is possible.

I've saved a couple of threads on this subject, since I also have the Elevate TS rails and a BakFlip hard folding cover. Basically, unless you use real tall uprights, you'll have to remove the rearmost crosssbar when you want to fold the cover up.
