*edit* In case someone wanders across this post, the TLDR of this is that my dealer forgot to add a package to my order. After some back and forth, customer service and my dealer confirmed that it is too late to make any changes to my order. However, you may find the following info interesting.

1. Contact your dealer ASAP! There is a cutoff on when the dealer can make changes to your order!
2. Per my dealer, the cutoff for making changes to your order is AFTER it receives a scheduled build week, but BEFORE it receives a specific build date.
3. If you go in and really press your dealer after discovering an error in your scheduled-to-day order, they may be able to contact their Ford representative and ask them to make the change. This is by no means guaranteed, and unfortunately in my case, my dealer’s rep seems to be on vacation right now and is not responding. And even IF he had been in the office, the chances that the rep could make the change is still pretty unlikely.

Original post:
I spoke with customer service on Tuesday and they told me that my Maverick has a build week of 1/9, which is great. However, when I look my order up on the order tracking site, it does not show the Copilot 360 Assist Package, which I specifically told my dealer that I wanted (and was pretty sure was showing on the order when they showed me). Should that show on the tracking site? I attached a screenshot of what I’m seeing on the site.

That site does not show the full build. If your order sheet has it I wouldn't worry.

Ok, thank you. I hope you are right, because after waiting for over a year for my truck it would suck if my dealer messed up and I didn’t get what I asked them to order.

As mentioned some of the packages don't always get displayed. Dig deeper into the features listing and see if any of the CP360A items like the lane centering, backup sensors, or adaptive cruise are called out. Otherwise you'll have to wait until the window sticker is generated, but by that point it's likely too late to change.

That's the way I ordered my Maverick, and it came with everything. I wouldn't worry.

I can only hope the order tracker is off a bit for you, but you'll really know when the window sticker comes. I have some concerns because mine looks like this:

The packages with Co-Pilot 360 have changed. The Lariat lux had a Basic Co-Pilot then you had to order the Co-Pilot as a separate line item To get the whole package. Ford made a change for 2023. I would contact your dealer to make sure you get what you want. I have it and I love it.

Crap… that’s what I was afraid of. I’ll call my dealer and see what they say. Even if they put it in wrong, it’s probably too late to change it since it’s scheduled.

Well, I’m sure this won’t come as a surprise, but my dealer messed up and didn’t add the Assist package. Since it’s scheduled, they are unable to make changes to it now. What a bunch of BS… If I’m lucky and it comes in February like Ford is saying, I’ll have waited 16 months for a truck that isn’t what I asked them to order. So frustrating…

Well, two weeks ago, Ford Customer Service told me that my dealer could still make this change as long as my build wasn’t in production. After two weeks of back and forth, I finally got a straight answer out of my dealer that the cutoff on making changes is between Scheduled-To-Week and Scheduled-To-Day. As I have received an actual build day it appears that there’s no way to fix this. The sales manager even attempted to contact their rep while I was at the dealer today and it seems like they’re out of office right now… So unless @Ford Motor Company wants to chime in and bring a more pleasant end to my year, I guess I just have to accept that after waiting 14 months (actually probably 16 months by the time I get the truck), I won’t be getting exactly what I wanted. Talk about a let down…

Appears that the issue is due to your Dealer, Ford is building what was sent to them. So unfortunate, hope they can get it corrected for you, which may or may not affect your scheduling/build date... After waiting that long, I would get it changed so you have what you WANTED even if it does set ya back some. That is an Awesome feature

Yeah, the dealer definitely made the initial mistake, but I think FoMoCo is equally at fault because of how opaque the whole ordering process is for customers. I shouldn’t have to wait until my order gets scheduled to be able to check it for errors.

*edit* Actually, it’s probability 75% on the dealer because I asked for a copy of the new order repeatedly and they never printed it out or sent it to me.

That's all on the dealer. When I made a change to my order, the dealer provided an updated Preview Order sheet from WBDO so I was able to confirm the requested changes and updated pricing. The salesman both times requested that I look it over to confirm that it matched my requested build.

Sorry to hear yours wasn't as thorough.

True. I’ve had a lot of difficulties with my current salesman. My original one left the dealership, she was on the ball and helpful. I often wonder if she got fed up with the other salespeople’s incompetence and left for greener pastures.

I ordered the Lariat Lux FX4 TOW and understood that the 360 assist was part of the of the deal, but when it arrived the adaptive cruise control was not on the vehicle. I was told that when I put the FX4 and Tow package together that the adaptive cruise control was removed. Is there away to activate the adaptive cruise control with Forscan?
