Cool new City of ABQ Maverick

Driving around today and I saw this parked in front of a city fire station. Didn't see anyone around to ask what they use it for exactly or if it does emergency response but it does look cool with the light bar and LED flashers. Says city of Albuquerque on the side and yees they did get the base XL but with the AWD.

AND, of course, for Albuquerque it is cactus gray!!!! Good choice for both color and utility!! Oops, it is not Oxford white, is it??? Nah, looks to good...........

Sweet, nice to see a city fiscally responsible and buying a inexpensive vehicle. I remember when the majority of city vehicles were Chrysler K cars not high end SUVs.

Might be like a fire inspectors truck, may have to go down some service roads or something. 30mpg is still far better than any other public vehicle outside of a meter maid buggy.
