I paid $35,500 for my loaded XLT w/every option and several mods. It had 4,900 miles on it. They have gone up since then (March/April) but offers seem to have gone down for those wanting to sell. Increasing interest rates have a lot to do with it I think. I was satisfied with the deal I got.
I like my truck a lot but if someone wanted to give me my $$ back I would probably get something different just for the heck of it.
