How do I figure out what car it is on? It is CSX but not sure car #. Sorry if already asked. Thanks in advance

When I was tracking mine I talked with Ford customer service and they gave me the car number that started out in Mexico. The car number stayed the same when it was turned over after it crossed the border. I don't know if that's always the case, but it was with mine.

I tried Ford chat for this and they just gave me my railcar number.....how cool! It's on a Ferromex auto rack train car. I'd assume being pulled by CSX since it's coming to Ohio. I see those Ferromex auto racks going by around here all the time since we live near a freight mainline.

I got my car number from my dealer. It is a Norfolk-Southern number (TTGX), but I can still get updates from the CSX number.

Probably until csx reports when it's turned over to norfolk-southern.
