Well the dealership reported this week they didn’t hear anything when “test driving”. It’s still there and just as clunky after their service package and telling me it doesn’t exist. So I think I may be following the advice of others and attempting to change the fluid myself. After having surgery last week I’m not supposed to do things like that for a while but may need to change the fluid myself. I decided to pull my interior cabin filter this week (been having some smells), turns out it definitely needed replacing!
