the online order that I placed for the bumper cover part was CANCELLED, so I won't have an extra one to part with. If anyone is having trouble, I can see if the local dealership here can get ahold of another one, just let me know............if I had to guess, shipping USPS would be $6-$10?

That’s nice, saved you $22
Be prepared for some slight blood pressure increase doing the mod 😂

See where the bumper is cut out.i think if you dont get a hitch that whole area, including what you dont see on the other side of the hitch, would have a plastic piece to cover the hole where the hitch would have come through.i want too fill that in,cut out for the hitch, just to clean it up.maybe i can get a cover in parts and just use that, which is fine.

is that Ford logo upside down so when you turn the truck over the rescue squad knows what kind of vehicle it is? Just asking

I have my plate on order.
Two things:

The 4-Pin has a TAB on the top, inside, from the back you need to depress, then it comes off easily, if you want it to.

Second: maybe HEATING the plastic in boiling water, or a 200 degree (200°F only!) oven would make it temporarily soft and pliable to get it around the hitch? Just an idea.

If I had to do it over again, I would remove the pin connection, that would help

NZ6Z17F000AA is the part number. A few Ford websites have the wrong picture for the part, so don't worry about that when you search for it. Just find a source with the cheapest shipping. Some are charging more than the part to ship it... I have a small Ryobi rotary saw that I used. A Dremel would work just as well. Whatever you use, it will make a mess.
I was able to order online "fordparts.com". I then entered my dealership, part number and then to save shipping charges, I put down "pick up" at dealership for FREE. No shipping charges. In stock, no back order. Can you believe that? Thanks for providing the part number. Looks good.

I have been trying to order NZ6Z17F000AA since Friday but not in stock anywhere that I could find. It is on the national back-order status now so I will wait until availability.

🤞🤞🤞 for you, that’s the other place I ordered from when I originally ordered one from dealership. After a week they canceled the order but didn’t say why 😢

What came in the box?
Any fasteners or just the plate?
Just the plate. It's held on by clips at the top and then there's spots for a screw on the bottom corners. I just used two small black zip ties. It's on the underside of the bumper cover so they're not visible.

Has anyone put a cover around the bigger wiring harness like this one?
