I don't want to go the wireless option as the quality is not as good

Don't judge the potential quality of an AA adaptor the quality of the truck's Bluetooth (which indeed is terrible). The el cheapo AA adapter I got sounds much better than the truck's Bluetooth, to the point that the road noise is a much bigger issue.

I’m sure the quality is good but wireless will never be as good as wired, and that is a fact

I have an update for everyone: I got the power blocker and tried it out it wouldn’t work. There’s a warning that it won’t work with smartphones and I guess that’s the case. I’ll have to look at the forscan route when I get a chance

Why not make a charging cable to the wattage you want? You'll need a pin out diagram and then cut and resplice all the wires except for the one you need to add a resistor to.
