Change order or leave it alone? What say you?

I ordered a Hybrid XL on 9/15/22. (Hell, who didn't?) I stripped it down to ONLY the 400 W inverter because I can make the other changes I want myself. Actually I can add an inverter myself too.

I didn't add CP360 but have since changed my mind. In your opinion would adding CP360 jeopardize and/or potentially delay my order? I know what I'm going to do, just thought this would be an interesting opinion discussion.

Assuming it my order will actually be built...

Id add it if you want it. You're ordering a new vehicle. You'll always have that thought of "I should have added.....". Now's the time to do it if you want it.

Long term no one really knows what it's going to take. And adding those items may get you into an earlier build group as they look for groupings. So just order what you want, it'll be fine

Personally, I would add the CP360, because it's always better to have extra safety systems rather than not.

As a secondary reason, adding CP360 on the XL also adds power mirrors.

As a third reason, some insurers may give discounts for extra safety features in the CP360 package.

All of these reasons may also increase resale value in the future.

This Nov will be 1 yr ownership for my 22 maverick xl awd and i have enjoyed everyday of ownership. i ordered a 23 xlt fx4 4ktow and cp360 and ford bedliner. ill wait it out since i have a maverick but decided to upgrade it. i would add the cp360 if you're able to, you are contemplating it... you will regret it later on.
