Am I alone? July order no truck

July XL order with no constraints and just got your VIN??? Ouch. I wonder why Texas is so far behind the other states in getting scheduled. I am also in Texas with no VIN yet for an Oct 1 XL hybrid order with no constraints. Frustrating to see late October and Early November orders (especially those with constraint items) from other regions get scheduled. Oh, well. Glad to see some folks around here getting them.

I have good reason to think it's a local dealer snafu, but wanna reserve railing about it until I see how closing goes with them in the end.
In the meantime, paraphrasing George Strait, I let myself go...to Houston for a Wolfsburg built, 6 speed GTI.

Definitely a lot of us. Ordered a xlt hybrid lux on 7/21/21. Got a VIN on 7/19/22 with an “estimated” build date of 9/6 with October delivery. No window sticker or anything else yet. Some personal changes since I placed the order last year have me thinking I should have ordered a Lariat lux. Thinking maybe I should go ahead and order a 2023 Lariat now. When it arrives (in the next year or so) I could then trade my xlt if I’m still in the mood for it or let the dealer have it for stock. Make any sense?

I got the news today that mine is pushed until late August. So disappointed right now.

Ford confirmed my order for a Maverick FE RR on July.17.2021. Got Vin number in April.2022, and production date for May.23.2022. Got Window sticker in June.2022. My production date has changed 6 times. Until today, last production date was 07.04.2022, and than the whole project went back to "order confirmation" status. 3rd week of July I got the email from Ford announcing the step back and promised new update in 45 days (in this case, end of August). Today I had 2 chats with Ford and both chats confirmed new production date of 08.12.2022.
Apparently, we are moving forward !!

Late Aug order for me. XLT Hybrid Lux Co-pilot. Have Vin since June... production week date changed (pushed to later) 4 times now. Latest 8/8. I did get a window sticker last week which gives me a little hope. We'll see.
Update: After making this post, contacted ford chat to check status. Production date pushed back once again to 8/15/22

Finally got a "Built" as of 30 Aug 2022. Expected delivery of 3 weeks or so... light at the end of a very very long tunnel.

I got the VIN and window sticker in June and now my production "may" happen at the end of August. No amount of movement seems safe after many of us were pulled from production and kicked down the road for months. I just still dont understand people getting their trucks, exactly as mine but ordered after. I thought that wasnt happening anymore. Someone on here said they had XLT with lux and 360 ordered 7-29 and they just got delivered. WTH? I mean happy for them but also jealous and confused.
