As others have pointed out once you order from dealer there should be a confirmation email. For me it was in my inbox when I got home.

And as others have also pointed out, not everyone gets a confirmation email sent to them. I ordered on 7/14, still have never received an email but my Mav has been in Production for over a week.
Quite frustrating!
