Mostly water, didn't seem to give a percentage fuel surprisingly -- they said effectively it's hard to measure the other content.
There's a reason why the exhaust pipe dripping water, especially with engine starting cold and/or humid days. I don't have a catch can (OCC), but even with that the exhaust pipe would still be dripping when started the engine cold, at least in my view.

Disclaimer: I am not a fan of OCCs...

Two $25 each El cheapos off ebay with drain petcock. Tossed the cheapo barbed ORB fittings, the breather, and mount brackets in the trash. Made my own mount bracket out of 1/8" steel plate. Longer 10mm fender screws from my magic bolt box, 2 spacers and nuts from same box. Purchased cheap Metric ORB to male AN-6 and AN-10 fittings off ebay. Purchased cheap 45° AN-6 and AN-10 female to barbed male fittings off ebay. Two 90° brass fittings from lowes plumbing section. Stainless steel wool from walmart. 10 foot of 3/8" fuel/oil hose from autozone, and 6 foot of 5/8" heater hose from auto zone. Black braded hose covering 20 feet from amazon, glue coated shrink tubing. I think that's about it.

Theres an allen key plug that comes with these cans, I used JB weld on it, and threaded it in flush at the top of each can to permanently eliminate where a breather would go. This eliminates the problem of future leaks. These seem to be pretty decent construction. They have been on there for a year, and no issues. I also loved up the O rings for the cans with DC33 boring lubricant, and used anti seize compound on the canister threads.
