Cargo Management System Hardware

I recently picked up the cargo management system rails (NZ6Z9955200A) as well as the bed D-rings, extra cleats, and storage bins for super cheap from a local guy that totaled his Mav to put in my XL. However he he totally buggered the black fasteners for the rails. I could maybe get them in once but I wouldn't be able to get them out again. M8 button heads go in the holes just fine but the cleats wont slide smoothly past them. Does anyone know either the part number for the bolts or a bolt type that will work?

I don't know if Ford sells these separately from the rail and cleat kit. I suspect the answer is they don't.
