I've had it installed in my Mav since last September with zero issues. Last month, prior to updating my Sync version, it had just stopped working. It was recognized by the Mav as a bluetooth device but didn't open CarPlay at all. I did a Sync reset, updated the Sync software, used both the USB-A and USB-C ports, and even went as far as contacting the seller and getting a replacement device sent to me. Unfortunately none of those options worked. I still can't get it working.
The weird thing is that both the original device and the replacement device work perfectly in my wife's Honda. Additionally, wired CarPlay works perfectly in my Mav. I have no idea why the Mav is just ignoring the wireless CarPlay device but any input here would be much appreciated.
