Their customer service is THE BEST! Before, during, and after the sale.
I bought the Bak Revolver tonneau cover and the Elevate Rack system over a year ago. Had a couple missing parts to the cover and they were on it in a flash.
Along the way, in use, I've had some performance questions re the tonneau and they've been always quick to answer my questions.
And the capper was a warranty issue with the rack system. Resolved in heartbeat!
Kudos to, and big recommendations for their customer service.
