Real Truck Rebates

Anyone else had trouble getting a “rebate” from real truck? I was supposed to get a bed mat after ordering a tonneau cover. They said 12 weeks for fulfillment but it has now been 14. I got a generic reply from their support team (outsourced?) that did not fill me with confidence.

Yeah, they seem to outsource their rebate customer service to a company called Acbcoop.com I suspect I will never see my bed mat.

My experience with them for my truck was great. They were quick to respond and I had the cover in 3 days.

Took me 8 weeks after filling out rebate.

Well, now 3 months after filing an approved rebate form (#98053) and still no bed mat (and no response from their rebate manager coop.com). I think I have been scammed by @Realtruck Given how expensive my XTS revolver tonneau cover and elevate racks were, I am pretty disappointed.

You're not alone in not getting a rebate as promised by realtruck. They must be having issues over the last several months. I'm currently waiting more than 16 weeks for the delivery that was promised at 12 weeks.

This is a problem I am having as well. I have sent emails to Real Truck, ABCoop, even their Instagram and I have gotten zero help. Makes me not want to buy anything from real truck. Anyone gotten any luck in getting help?

I did actually receive my bedrug rebate after doing all that you did and on this forum, and calling both the rebate company and realtruck several times. They were very late which is a violation of rebates according to the FTC, and state laws. But it did come. It left a bitter taste in my mouth and i doubt I'll be giving realtruck anymore of my money in the future. It seems like the way to get these companies to respond is by going public about their bad behavior which has a larger impact on business than staying silent. This shouldn't be the case though.
