Cannot talk with blue tooth thru radio speakers.

I have a 2023 maverick. The bluethooth is paired with my phone to the radio,because when my phone rings,the name of the person calling is displayed on the screen. But the problem is you don't hear it ring from the radio and no one can hear me and I can't hear them. It's like the volume is down. I can hear music though.

In your phones Bluetooth settings make sure for the truck the device type is set to Car Stereo. The other options are Headphone, Hearing Aid, Speaker or Other.

I haven’t experienced phone connection issues however I had trouble hearing my Ford Navigation voice and had to turn the volume up using the radio volume knob while the navigation voice was speaking for it to default to that volume level
