Canadian order to delivery wait times

Ordered XL hybrid at the end october 22. Been a year and a half. Seems they did not do a proper roll over last summer and I had to go in last december for them to literally look for and dig up my build sheet and do the roll over. Since then nothing...
I am at loss, what do you guys think I should do?

Did you get a VIN and order number from dealer to track on Ford site? If not, I would call the dealer daily until they provide.

I just ordered mine (XLT Luxury Hybrid) yesterday. I will be lucky to get mine as quick as your EB Tremor.

My dealer (seller) texted me my VIN today. So it took about 5 weeks to get a VIN number.
I expected it to take at least two months, so this good news to me.

It will be interesting to see how my Lariat hybrid production & delivery to Vancouver Island compares to other timelines. Has to be better than my friend's 2-year wait for her 2021 F150 King Ranch
