Can this warning message be disabled using ForScan?

I have a 2022 Maverick XLT hybrid. I have a USB thumbdrive loaded with my music collection in .mp3 format. The problem is that while driving, you can't change songs -- a message pops up saynig that this feature has been disabled for safety reasons. Is this something that could be disabled with ForScan?

Currently I have my music collection on an SD card on my phone and use Android Auto and PowerAmp to play my music collection. But the sound quality is far superior using the USB drive which plays through the DAC (Digital Audio Controller) of the vehicle rather than the phone.
