I thought I was reading one of my posts.... I have the same truck. I just picked mine up last week. I like the color. its kind of unique. Such a comfortable, relaxing ride!

I got my 24 XLT in CG a month or so ago. I had initially wanted Area 51, but obv. not available for '24. Now I'm actually glad I got CG. Looks good with the XLT wheels and is just unique enough. And I have to say that I've gotten lots of compliments in the color.

This XLT came available so I grabbed it and love it. My dealer will have no problem selling the Lariat Hybrid I had ordered months ago. Production was to have been in early Feb, but 3 significant delays have accursed. Now it is scheduled for Mid April for build. I have had it with waiting.

So I now have a Ecoboost AWD that is loaded. Plus I saved $4K. I didn’t realize how much stronger the suspension is for the FX4. It is very stable. 1st tankful delivered 28 mpg

very happy with the cactus gray color as well. I have had it for 5 days now and have installed my after market items already.

Originally ordered a hybrid 9/17/22 and of course, I didn't get a '23 but 501 days later, a '24 finally made its way home. Have been installing all the items I'd been stockpiling and just got it back today from being ceramic coated. Also had ppf put on the hood and front. Very happy so far.

I ordered a maverick xl hybrid in September 2022 with plans to put one of my employees in it for a service truck. After 18 months I took delivery last week and momma decided she wanted to sell her 300s and drive the Maverick. Thats fine with me because it gives me and excuse to start modifying it with fun new parts.
It just hit 1000 miles and this is what I’ve done so far.

mabbett mud flaps

Smartliner floor liners

LINE-X bed liner

Yitamotor hard bed cover

RTX Dakar satin bronze black edge wheels 17x18 +35 offset. 2” black splined lug nuts.

I used my Ford points for a set of Carhart seat covers.

CDEFG cup holders for front and rear from Amazon

My thoughts on the upgrades so far:
The Carhart seat covers are “ok” for the $100 I paid but I would have been seriously disappointed if I had paid full price at $300. I like the material but the fit and look is just ok.

I would like to find a better cup holder for the rear. The ones I bought will only fit a can or bottle of water. The front are fine size because the Ford cup holders hold larger cups like Yeti tumblers. I am hoping for some suggestions on better rear cup holders???

Other than that I have nothing negative to say about the truck or upgrades so far.

I really like the wheels. They make the truck stand out as different from any of the other mavericks I have seen. I reused the stock continental tires on the new wheels and I am happy with the way they look.
The offset is exactly what I wanted. Just enough to reach the edge of the fender without sticking out.
Now I just need to wash it and ceramic coat it.

Been looking at some of your pics ( LOVE The Color)!!! Great looking on this truck. I have owned since last summer, and after seeing all them here, I thought I would share mine too! Great to belong to the club also!

Atlas Blue owner here…. I’ve always liked the CG color. I do have to say I LOVE the wheels on your truck. I wanted them instead of the FX4 wheels (although I have grown to like them more than I thought I would).

I can see you’re proud of your truck, and you should be.

7,000 miles since 14Sep2023.
Pending second car wash, two recalls and oil change (44% oil life remaining).
Averaging 36 MPG.
Still love the truck.

This is the color I ordered. I must say, I don't think I have ever seen a color that looks so different in photos depending on lighting and angle the shot was taken. In these photos, I see a true, light grey while other pictures I've seen have a green hue. Others still even show a tint of blue to it. Although I have seen dozens of pictures, I still have no idea what it will look like when I get it but I know I like it. That doesn't seem to make sense since I can't even describe what I like!!

I ordered a Lariat FX4....same color... same reason

Definitely no test drives at EAA Airventure, just a Cactus Gray Lariat out in the grass and an Area 51 XLT on the podium.

Here are some photos. Let me know if you want specific angles… I’ll be there the next 3 days. Tried to show the wheels, lights, protective film.., and yup, it’s locked.

I just ordered the same truck..minus the tonneau cover.
