ANyone’s help here please… I found a new 2024 LAriat in FLorida I was interested in, but when I inquire about purchase and shipping to CA the sale=person said the car can’t be registered in CA due to the emissions

Could be very simple.
The dealership doesn't want to hassle with shipping. Preferring a simple local sale.
I'll bet if the OP flew to Florida they would sell her the truck, letting her drive it off the lot.
Back in May of 2021 the dealership in Florida where I bought my F-350, had three transporters back out of an agreed shipment of my truck to Las Vegas
In the end I ended up flying out there and driving it home myself.

Sounds like bullshit to me.

Have the dealer send you a picture of the Monroney sticker. My truck was ordered from an Ark. dealership and the window sticker says "50-State Emissions."

Many dealers will ship to another dealer for customer delivery. If that one doesn't, find another dealer - and one that won't lie to you.
