Anyone remember the Arch Deluxe? It wasn't around long, but I really liked it (was a kid at the time).

I've come to appreciate the convenience of pan cooking burgers. Just a little olive oil, about 3-4 minutes per side and it comes out a perfect medium. Throw some caramelized onions and garlic aioli (only use freshly chopped garlic) on a buttered and toasted bun and you have a delicious burger.

Me too! They have a lunch special now with a cheeseburger that is the best. They have Happy Hour with an even better burger deal. I was there Friday.
