Yikes, starting at $1700. Really cool, Ford just should buy them and whatever patents they have and integrate it into all their truck models.

Thats my idea! Mine is just for the cargo though not a ramp, although I may incorporate a light duty dog ramp of sorts. Im gonna do it out of aluminum sheet with a steel frame. Mine will also have 2 panels underneath it on a side hinge that attach to the tailgate latches. No cables needed. It will just lock in to make a 6ft bed. And should make a nice extra bit of room for our dogs. With the mid ride topper we are getting its window should cover the area too for a little extra shade/rain deflection.
