Your help greatly appreciated. We will pull wheels and have a look. Everything I've read even in this thread seems to indicate that you can't just do pads and rotors in the back, some tooling and the computer is necessary?

I see no special tools for the back, or front. Service mode not being required in the front unless you have an electronic booster, yet required in the rear regardless is a head scratcher - my deduction is this is related to the electric parking brake. Time comes I will disconnect the servo and go to work.

Replacing rotors , pads and belts in September. October will be push out the factory brake fluid. And suck in new coolant....

For you, with what you have been told, I would inspect and measure all. If what the dealer said is in fact true I would be concerned given your relatively low mileage. Do you tow a lot or spend a lot of time riding the brakes on hills or anything that would make you expect accelerated brake wear. I am likely running on much flatter terrain here than in NH, but while I baby it with service intervals, I flog it like a rented mule 5 days a week...
