BillieBars bed rack installed with photos

Wanted to show folks what I’ve been up to with some bed racks options. Have a bed rack system from Billie Bars, a Truxport tonneau cover, a Yakima LoadWarrior basket and I throw my skis on there as well as two bikes so far. Happy with the system and I can still roll up the Tonneau with a little bit of finagling. Happy to answer questions.

What's it like rolling up the tonneau with those bars installed?

Bumping this question for @Highlander_42 because I'm interested too. Wondering if I should wait/get the 6.5" or go with the 5".

You can't roll it up as you would normally roll it up. There isn't that much clearance under the bars so I have to slide the whole tonneau cover under the bars as a single sheet then get in the bed and stand close to the cab and roll it up from vertical. Not ideal but I don't roll/unroll my tonneau all that often.

Hi,

I want to order some BillieBars but already own some Yakima Frontloader bike racks. BillieBars indicated they won't work together. Did you have to do any modifications to the front mount to fit around the bar, or did it work as is?

The cross bars were about $500 with a discount code (can provide if people want it), and you can find used Yakima baskets and Frontloaders on Craigslist. Basket was $200 and frontloaders were $100 a piece. Again all of Craigslist.
