GTFO - this seems insane. I had way worse damage on my Maverick and had it all fixed no problem. Parts are all readily available with no supply chain issues.
You can't roll it up as you would normally roll it up. There isn't that much clearance under the bars so I have to slide the whole tonneau cover under the bars as a single sheet then get in the bed and stand close to the cab and roll it up from vertical. Not ideal but I don't roll/unroll my...
Hi all,
Unpopular opinion but I am a big fan of steel wheels and was always planning on powder coating them gloss white to give them that old school Toyota FJ, Defender safari vibe. Just had them done and wanted to post in case anyone else wanted to see what it would look like. I also have...

I just purchased the RokBlokz rally mudflaps (aftermarket). They jived a bit more with the look and feel of my build. I will post some photos once they are delivered and installed.
I did. Called my local dealer asked what they had coming in and grabbed an XL. Lucky that it was equipped pretty much how I wanted it with no dealer markup.
I have a cactus grey and I was considering powder coating my steelies white. Go for that old school safari truck look (think old defenders). Black looks good though.
Hi all - so I reached out to Billie Bars and they provided me with the discount code: BillieMaverick and is for $35 off a Maverick set. However they have limited it to 20 uses so if you want to use it I suggest you get on it pronto.
The setup depends on whether or not you have the installed sliding cargo holds. I didnāt since I have an XL model so I had to order the universal clips which basically grip the underside lip of the bed. I donāt have a pic right now but itās the same universal clip that Billie Bars uses on all...
I have a Kuat hitch rack that I also use but wanted the ability to carry 4 big bikes and still use the bed. Have some big gravel races planned for ā22 and need all the storage.
The cross bars were about $500 with a discount code (can provide if people want it), and you can find used Yakima baskets and Frontloaders on Craigslist. Basket was $200 and frontloaders were $100 a piece. Again all of Craigslist.
Iād venture a guess that you could fit up to 4 bikes if you ran the racks back to front alternating (especially if you have dropper posts and can get the seats out of the way of the next bikeās handlebars. But three would fit easy. And thanks for the kudos on the bikes. I fear my bikes are worth...
Crossbars are super easy to take off. Just held on with those bolts in the last pic. I can take them off in less than 5 minutes. The brackets that the cross bars mount to would take more time.
Wanted to show folks what Iāve been up to with some bed racks options. Have a bed rack system from Billie Bars, a Truxport tonneau cover, a Yakima LoadWarrior basket and I throw my skis on there as well as two bikes so far. Happy with the system and I can still roll up the Tonneau with a little...
Ha. I would love to have pics, but I am the first one to order one. Just trying to help this group be aware of cool stuff. Will post pics once I get it.
