I just got a 3D printer and I'm itching to print some stuff for my 2024 Mav. So far most of what I see out there are cosmetic things or chicken nugget holders (no, seriously). I haven't found anything I'm keen on printing aside from a headrest mount for entertainment for the kiddos in the back seat.

Has anyone found any good and/or useful 3D prints for the 2024 Maverick?

I printed the tailgate covers as well. They work great and I honestly forget that they are something I made and added to the truck. That is a testament to a design and its function I think. Especially because I’ve hauled over 2,000 lbs of gravel over a couple of trips. I also printed locking hooks for my bed rails. I travel frequently through the mountains of NC and these rail clamps hold a shovel in my bed for snow. They were printed in ABS and have worked great and held up in the NC sun.
I also printed dividers for my under rear seat storage. Helps keep tools/straps organized and so things are bouncing/shifting around while I drive. I also printed a holster for my CCW that can hold my pistol while I’m on long trips.

I've done the little trash bag holder ring for the rear FITS slot. My next print will be dividers for the under seat storage.

I've done these so far:

Center console tray (I use the one without the removable piece):

Tailgate hole covers, these fit well and have slots in them:

Rear wheel arch debris covers, created by one of the forum members, great fit:

I printed these all in PETG.
Thanks for those. Time to fire up the Prusa.

That's a nice machine. I've just got a Sovol SV01 that I bought 2.5 years ago. Works fine but is slow compared to the latest models.

I just ordered a printer too.
My first.
I hear (well see on YouTube) there's generally a lot of tuning and tweaking you gotta do to the printer.

I got one with a nozzle that goes to 300°C and a bed that goes to I think 110°C. So it will print just about any filament.

Being a noob I will start with rapid PLA+ to get the designs nailed in, then switch to Nylon or PET when something more desirable is needed.

Also read that ABS is being phased out and something called ASA is being phased in as a replacement. Less fumes or something.

Never knew you had to heat the bed.
I guess that is what keeps the model stuck down? And it snaps off once cool?

Correct on heating the bed. For a number of prints lately I've also had to use a kids glue stick on the bed to get good adhesion. Also true on the tweaking, that probably depends on the printer you got, some will require less, some more. I've tweaked mine quite a bit and don't mess with it now so I don't screw up my prints.
