I've got a BedRug XLT bed mat. It's great. Padded and soft but still durable.
I purchased one of the stall mats from Tractor Supply and cut it to fit. It's a good price, very durable and heavy enough it's not going anywhere.

If I was in the market for one, I would probably buy this one. It's made in the US, appears to have great quality by the pictures and reviews, and goes on sale at times for about $100 if you're patient.

The Rough Country one seems good too, I just don't like the brand enough to sport the huge logo.

I have a rubber DeeZee mat that I got from Amazon. It's thick and heavy, fits perfectly and has little nubs on the bottom to allow for airflow under the mat to prevent moisture buildup. I couldn't be happier with it. It's around $120, but the quality is there. 
I know the Ford brand bedmat is expensive, I used ford points. But it is a synthetic rubber which I like, because I had a rubber mat in my F150 and the rubber would leave browns marks on my golf bag or anything I had laying in there for awhile.
I appreciate your unsolicited review. I'm waiting for my '26 XLT AWD Hybrid and have been shopping/researching bed liners. (I opted not to pay Ford for spray-in or drop-in.) I came upon the bedrug and it looked good, mainly because it offered full protection including tailgate and hinge space.
Let me pick your brain before I commit.
Was it as easy to install as their video purports?
Will it allow a tri-fold hard tonneau cover (also aftermarket)?
I just installed the Bedrug XLT bed mat and Gator EFX hard folding tonneau on my new '25 XLT. Super easy for both. Just like the videos show.

Bed Rug. Easy on the knees. Water, dirt, grime wonāt hurt it. Sweep out or wash out

I see your bedrug doesn't have the walls of the bed covered. This is the one I am looking into.I just installed the Bedrug XLT bed mat and Gator EFX hard folding tonneau on my new '25 XLT. Super easy for both. Just like the videos show.

It provides full coverage, but I'm not sure what happens at the top edge.
I want to accompany it with a hard tri-fold tonneau cover. This is the one I'm considering. It flips up, allowing nearly full access to the bed.

Slightly more involved with installation on the full Bedrug. Iāve never done one but the bed cubbies take a little work to make them look nice Iāve heard.
