Bed extender recommendations

Hey all. I'm wondering who has a bed extender and where did you get yours? I'm wondering if there are any that isn't the OEM Ford bed extender.

Oem extender will not work if you have an OEM roll up cover. The hinges get in the way.

Look on Amazon. Most extenders are under $200

I'm looking as well but my issue is I have a Pro X15 and one of the Amazon ones supposedly won't work because the stem on the end that folds sticks up into the cover.

Mine came from a Sport Trac, found at an Auto Salvage for $13. I had it on my 2005 ST before I got my Maverick.

That extender dwarfs the Maverick's bed. Lol!

What are you trying to do with it? Having had a bed extender on a truck in the past, they aren't really very useful. I mostly used it for cargo management inside the bed, but the flex bed with slots addresses that.

Im gonna build one that stows flat and also converts to a tailgate seatback.
