Bed Extender options ?

I would like to get a bed extender. It won't be used often, so being able to keep it in the bed while the cover is on is a must.. Any recommendations

Im working on my own design. Slowly. Also Ford just filed a patent for a split tailgate with and floor extension that makes a be longer. I dont have the link right now to the article but may find it later.

New -- you're looking at the $180 Amazon ones, or $370 Ford one. I found a genuine Ford Ranger one on Marketplace for $60. All I had to do was remove the upgright braces, and squeeze it together. It then fit perfectly. I have a post down the page.

We had them on our work Maverick's for the Auto parts store, we took them out. They get in the way. Much easier to hook the tailgate on the upper pins if you have something longer than the bed. Imo
