Damnit, I figured the bolts hold the plate in place now could be used, so need those bolts from the link you put up?

Hate to burst your bubble but the cubby needs 6 bolts each, the good news is the dummy cubbies that come with the truck uses 4 bolts so you will only need 4 more bolts and I would look for aftermarket ones as Ford charges a small ransom for them. Happy Hunting

The existing panels have 4 bolts in them each so I only need 2 more for each cubby. Since I asked the question, I have ordered the four bolts I need.

Just installed these on my XL today. It took under 15 mins.

I ordered from FordParts.com. Some dealerships charge different prices. I paid 9.95 for overnight express shipping from the dealer I used.

You need two of these are they are the actual parts being installed. They come with doors and the slide in dividers but no extra bolts. They are 34 dollars each(msrp is 40 dollars)

You need 4 more bolts. These came as a 4 pack for $11.90 sometimes they are per bolt and around 3 dollars each depends on the dealer.
Hex Head Bolt And Washer
Part #: W505424S450B

Tools required
T30 torx bit
10mm socket

Remove both rear tie down points with the T30 torx bit
Remove the 4 bolts on holding each blank panel on
Remove the blank panels
Install the cubbies they just drop in place
Install 6 bolts per side on each cubby. Dont over tighten them its plastic.
Install the tie downs
You are done


A few things I noticed while doing this. The bed holes where the D rings go into the floor in the front are not threaded and need to be tapped if plan to install them. Same applies to the rear upper tie down holes they are also not threaded. The bed rail holes the run along the bed are tapped and accessories can be installed there without any issue.

I just installed mine today. A nice little place to put things rather than under the rear seat. My dealer didn't have any in stock so I ordered mine online. Quick easy install.
