I finally got a build date for my hybrid xlt (base xlt with no options) and need some audio suggestions.
I care about sound quality not necessarily volume.

Are all trucks wired for the center dash speaker even if they don’t have that option?

should I go with component speakers in the doors and rear? or 2or3way speakers

I don’t mind spending money on high end speakers, but also don’t want to buy Focals if the stock head unit can’t take full advantage of their quality. Is there a balance here?

The radio unit and harnesses are completely different between the B&O Sync 3 and others so likely not. Also the mounting opening in the dashboard isn't present at all.

Anyone have any thoughts on this set-up?

Audio frog G60S 6.5” component speaker system
Audio frog GS42 4” 2 way speakers
Audio frog A150.4D 4x100 amp

That would be a nice setup. I do think the amp is overpriced though. I think you could get something just as good for less. The Rockford Fosgate Power T-600 is on sale for $600 at Crutchfield and the JL XD400 is a little bit cheaper. There is something for having everything from the same manufacturer though.
