I bought a maverick lariet. It didn’t come with any back floor mats? Has anyone else had this or should they have came with it?

Ford never made carpeted rear mats from the get go. Only the fronts. However, there's tons of aftermarket support for all-weather mats front/rear that'll be your best bet.

The Ford points I got when I bought my Mav covered the full set of rubber Maverick floor mats, front and rear. Right at the parts counter.

My service writer took care of that for me. I ordered the Matt’s four days after I bought the truck. She said she’d handle it. I trust her.
She did the exact same thing Four years ago when I bought my Bronco Sport.
All I had to pay for was the mud flaps, again this time same as last time

I see. Dealer told me I’d get the points on my account sometime soon after purchase. Just waiting on them right now.

I had the same issue, ran across a thread explaining how to get the points immediately.
Login to the fordpass app, open the rewards dashboard under the person icon in top right.
Scroll down till you see the "Get Answers" section, at the bottom of that should be "Missing Points?" fill that out with the information and immediately get your points. Enjoy!

I tried that, but when I submitted it, they just told me it could take up to 30 days for new vehicle purchases to be registered with ford. I’ll keep trying though. Thank you!
