Swapped my stock tweeters from my XL to the B&O tweeters, they were cheap and it was a simple 5 minute plug and play swap.

How was the upgrade? Noticeably better?

I would say they are better, not nearly as noticeable as replacing the stock front door speakers. But i think it sounds pretty good now with only upgraded doors, tweets and 10” powered sub.

Where did you source the B&O tweeter? Price? Can't seem to find a part number online...

I just looked up oem parts for a lariat, and then verified them on the same site against the xl speaker part number

I removed mine and have them available- if someone is interested just PM me.

If this is forbidden on the site, then don't PM me.

I have the same setup as you, but I didn’t really notice that much difference in swapping door speakers. The sub is what made all the difference, at least to me.

Why would it be? There's an entire Member Marketplace section.
Cool. Anyway, if someone wants them, I'd just ask for $15 plus shipping via PayPal and I'll eat the 3% fee.

I went from B&O door speakers to Focal RSE 165 and swapped in the door speakers 2 months ago, and finally the tweeters last week.

The tweeters are noticeable, especially at high volume. The door speakers, however, were a HUGE upgrade. Even bigger difference if you have the base system and not B&O.

No question a sub makes the biggest difference!

or if you don't have them on an amp, probably don't have enough power to get all the midbass they're capable of.

Ya that’s probably it, I am severely lacking mid bass.

Sorry if I misinterpreted, but are you saying you swapped out the B&O sub with another one? If so, did you add another amp or just run a different box & sub off the B&O amp and wiring?

I guess I wasn’t to clear. I don’t have the B&O, just the regular stock setup.
