Associating order with Ford account?

I ordered my XLT Maverick earlier today and got the order confirmation email from Ford. Is there something extra that needs to be done so it shows up on my Ford account? It currently isn’t showing up in the “orders and reservations” spot. Thanks.

I won't show up until you get a VIN. You won't get a VIN until you're scheduled for production.

Almost all of us are in the same boat. I don't remember anyone ever saying theirs was there on their account.

You would think it should. But then again, this is Ford. If you call them, Customer Service, and ask, they'll ask you if you got the Confirmation email and that's about it. They figure if you got the email, that's it.

Yes the Maverick DORA/Ordering does some weird things- Ford/CS told me it may or may not ever show up on your account- But yet the Bronco reservation I didnt covert to an order was of course used by my dealer and now it just shows that I ordered a Bronco as a store order- lame.

When I finally had a VIN and Build Date, I added the Mav to my Vehicle Dashboard. My Orders page is still empty.

Yes you're right. I just logged in to my Ford account and realized that I had forgotten that I had to enter my VIN manually. When I click on Reservations and Orders it shows I don't have any, even while I wait patiently for my Hybrid Maverick order to be completed. LoL
